Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Initial shipping charges to the customer will not be refunded for: doesn’t fit, did not need or any other condition not within our control after part is shipped with tracking. It is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part that is needed for their intended application. Furthermore, return shipping (back to us) will also not be refunded and is at the buyers expense to receive full or partial credit back. By purchasing from our website you acknowledge these terms and agree to them.


Once an order has started to process in our queue customers will be notified of all further steps taken by registered email. Shipping takes place Mon-Sat during normal business hours for USA eastern time zone.
